you are welcome

let's uplift New Americans in our community with powerful + positive affirmations.

send affirmation stickers to refugees, immigrants, and asylees in Central Ohio

Columbus is home to a growing number of refugees and immigrants from across the world. and multiple organizations, case managers, social workers, and more, are helping New Americans resettle in Columbus.

but what if there is something tangible you and i - who aren't case managers - can do today to make New Americans in Columbus feel more at home here?

and then we had an idea. so, we partnered with the amazing Community Refugee & Immigration Services (CRIS) here in Columbus, on tangibles affirmation stickers to tell refugee youth + their families that they belong. that they are amazing and intelligent. that they are not alone.

and we invite you to sponsor an affirmation sticker kit - for the price of your coffee - for a New American family (just in time for school)! you are welcome to sponsor all seven sticker kits as well. yes, we created seven in the languages most represented by the families CRIS serves.

we really can each play a tangible part in making our community a more inclusive, welcoming, and beautiful place!

these unique vinyl stickers can stick just about anywhere - but are especially created for everyday spaces, so the messages are there to read when needed most. spaces like phones, laptops, mirrors, cabinets, and notebooks (to name a few).

our goal is to donate a total of 100 affirmation sticker kits to refugees with CRIS by august 23.

track progress on our goal, here!

help us spread the word

what people are saying about tangibles

I think it's easy to be overwhelmed with life, especially with social media, and it's nice to know there's something like tangibles to help us step back for a minute and feel positive.
